Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

Welcome to Guangdong Metal Corporation.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • the website located at https://www.guangdongmetal.com/;

  • website inquiry, quotation, and contact functions; and

  • the GMC Keyword Research application, including its connection to Google services and the Google Ads API.

In these Terms, “GMC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Guangdong Metal Corporation. “You” and “user” refer to any individual or organization accessing our website or using the GMC Keyword Research application.

By accessing our website or authorizing the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable service.

1. Website Purpose

Our website provides general information about GMC, our materials, manufacturing capabilities, testing support, documentation, and related services.

Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. Product availability, manufacturability, specifications, tolerances, testing, certifications, documentation, pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules must be separately reviewed and confirmed by GMC.

Information displayed on the website does not, by itself, constitute a binding quotation, warranty, certification, technical approval, or offer capable of automatic acceptance.

2. Inquiries and Quotations

You may use our website to submit product inquiries and quotation requests.

When submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to disclose.

An inquiry submitted through our website does not create a purchase contract. A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable commercial and technical terms have been confirmed through an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, contract, or other written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • quotations may be subject to validity periods;

  • prices may exclude freight, insurance, duties, taxes, testing, certification, and other charges;

  • production feasibility remains subject to technical review;

  • samples and production goods may have different pricing and lead times; and

  • additional testing, inspection, documentation, or third-party services may incur additional fees.

If a quotation, contract, purchase order, or other written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specifically agreed written commercial document will control for that transaction.

3. Product and Technical Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product and technical information. However, materials and manufacturing capabilities may vary according to:

  • alloy composition;

  • product form;

  • dimensions and tolerances;

  • transformation temperature;

  • mechanical-property requirements;

  • surface condition;

  • heat treatment;

  • testing methods;

  • applicable standards; and

  • customer-specific requirements.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating whether a material or product is suitable for their intended application.

Products intended for medical, aerospace, safety-critical, regulated, or other specialized applications require appropriate customer qualification, testing, validation, regulatory review, and written specification approval.

References to standards, testing, certificates, or medical-grade requirements do not mean that every product automatically includes or satisfies every requirement. The applicable requirements and supporting documents must be confirmed for each order.

4. GMC Keyword Research Application

The GMC Keyword Research application is designed to support authorized keyword research, advertising analysis, reporting, and related business activities.

The application may connect to Google services, including the Google Ads API, after an authorized user grants permission through Google OAuth.

The application may be used to:

  • retrieve keyword ideas and historical keyword metrics;

  • analyze search volume, trends, advertising competition, and bid data;

  • review authorized Google Ads account information;

  • analyze campaign, keyword, and search-term performance;

  • create internal reports and research records; and

  • support GMC’s advertising, SEO, and website-content decisions.

The application does not require or request your Google password. Authentication and authorization are handled through Google’s OAuth services.

5. Google Account Authorization

You may authorize the GMC Keyword Research application only for a Google Account or Google Ads account that you own or are authorized to manage.

By granting access, you represent that:

  • you have authority to authorize access to the relevant account;

  • the authorization does not violate any agreement or organizational policy applicable to you;

  • the information accessed may be processed for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy; and

  • you will not use the application for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings:

https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Revoking access may prevent some or all application functions from operating.

Our handling of information obtained through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website or application for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes;

  • access a Google Ads account without proper authorization;

  • attempt to obtain another person’s passwords, tokens, credentials, or account information;

  • interfere with the security or operation of the website, application, or connected services;

  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful content;

  • scrape, copy, reproduce, or extract website content in violation of applicable law;

  • attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures;

  • misrepresent your identity, authority, company, or intended use;

  • use information obtained through the application for surveillance, data-broker activities, or unauthorized profiling; or

  • use Google user data in a manner inconsistent with our Privacy Policy or applicable Google policies.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, or third-party platform policies have been violated.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, page designs, downloadable materials, and software-related elements—are owned by or licensed to GMC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download website content for legitimate internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Third-party names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and application may use or link to third-party services, including Google, analytics providers, website infrastructure providers, and communication platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GMC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, operation, content, policies, or security of independent third-party services.

Your use of Google services remains subject to the applicable Google terms and policies.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or application at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the website or application will always be available;

  • access will be uninterrupted or error-free;

  • third-party APIs will remain unchanged;

  • particular data will always be available;

  • keyword metrics or forecasts will be exact; or

  • use of particular keywords will produce rankings, traffic, advertising performance, or business results.

Keyword, advertising, forecast, and search-demand data are estimates or historical indicators and should not be treated as guaranteed future performance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GMC does not make warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • uninterrupted availability;

  • freedom from errors or harmful components;

  • accuracy or completeness of third-party data;

  • merchantability;

  • fitness for a particular purpose; or

  • non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GMC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • use of or inability to use the website or application;

  • reliance on website content, keyword data, forecasts, or third-party information;

  • interruption or modification of third-party APIs;

  • unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control; or

  • loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Specific product transactions may be subject to separate liability terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, or contract.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information and Google user data are governed by our Privacy Policy:

https://guangdongmetal.com/pages/privacy-policy

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

13. Termination and Revocation

You may stop using the website or application at any time.

You may revoke Google Account access through your Google Account settings or request disconnection by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate application access where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect account or system security;

  • prevent unauthorized or unlawful use;

  • comply with legal or regulatory requirements;

  • comply with Google API policies;

  • address a material violation of these Terms; or

  • discontinue the application.

Relevant information will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • our website or application;

  • third-party API requirements;

  • security practices;

  • legal or regulatory obligations; or

  • our business operations.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law. Where additional consent is legally required, we will request it separately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection laws provide otherwise.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking remedies available under applicable law.
