Copper foil, often referred to as a copper foil sheet, is a thin copper metal sheet widely employed in various applications, thanks to its superb electrical conductivity, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion. It is an essential primary material in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs), copper-clad laminates (CCL), and lithium-ion batteries.

There are primarily two types of copper foil, Rolled Copper Foil and Electrolytic Copper Foil.

Rolled Annealed Copper Foil, RA Copper Foil, and Rolled Copper Foil all refer to the product created using the principles of plastic processing by repeatedly rolling and annealing high-precision copper strips (typically less than 150 micrometers thick). The resulting product typically has a thickness ranging from 4 to 100 micrometers and a width usually less than 800 millimeters. Its ductility, resistance to bending, and electrical conductivity all surpass that of electrolytic copper foil, and it also boasts a higher level of copper purity than electrolytic copper foil.

Rolled Copper Foil Production Process: Copper ingot smelting – Billet production – Hot rolling – Milling – Cold rolling – Annealing – Acid cleaning – Degreasing – Annealing – Slitting and packaging.

Packaging: Export wooden crates (non-fumigated wooden crates/fumigated wooden crates).
